In need of a new roof and flashing to prevent leaks. Mortar on chimney needs to be replaced to add strength to chimney and to prevent water and ice damage.

This post supports the main beam of the house. The weakened post will cause the house to sag in the middle and cause major home issues.

All wire connections should be enclosed in the junction boxes. There should never be any exposed wire connectors because they can fall off and expose live wires. The knob and tube wire is recommended to be replaced.

The floor joist was improperly notched for the plumbing which caused the joist to break. The floor above is now weakened and will sag.

Poor ventilation of the water heater caused flame rollout, which is scorching outside of the burner door. This can cause a fire or carbon monoxide to enter the home.
