For Home Sellers

When preparing your home for sale you do many things to make the house more appealing to potential buyers.  Such as tidy up cluttered areas, organize the basement, or touch up some paint. Why not have a home inspection?

A pre sale home inspection will find hidden problems with your home so that you can correct them in advance of the sale.   If you don’t know about these problems you can be sure that the buyer’s inspector will find them.

The last thing you want is to have the deal fall through because of unknown problems revealed from the buyers inspector.  Especially if it was a minor issue that could have easily been fixed ahead of time, if you had known about it.
