I am Norbert Beiter, but call me Norb, your licensed and insured home inspector.  I am a graduate of Alfred State College with an AOS in Building Construction.  


I have over 25 years experience in the home improvement, repair, remodeling and construction industry.  


With my extensive professional experience, as well as regularly continuing education, you can feel confident that you are receiving an objective and unbiased home inspection.


When it comes to home inspections I know exactly what to look for to give you a thorough inspection that exceed the state standards of practice and code of ethics. 


I can also provide consultations on any home improvement project such as additions, kitchen/bath remodels, windows, doors and roofing.

Home Inspection

Beiter Home Inspections provides a thorough inspection that includes but not limited to:


  • Grounds, roof, garage.  Weather permitting, I do go on the roof for a full inspection.  If the roof is not walkable I will still check several locations from the eaves.  

     

  • Structure, attic, basement, crawl space, interior rooms.

    

  • Plumbing, heating, electrical.


You will receive a detailed report on the property’s overall condition.  You will receive a check list and narrative statements on the condition.  You will also receive color pictures showing all areas of concern.  I will go over the reports with you in person and address any questions and concerns you may have.


Home Consultations

Beiter Home Inspections can provide consultation for home improvements such as additions, kitchen/bathroom remodels, windows, doors and roofing.
